We've been blessed to experience five days of straight sun in Tlell, Haida Gwaii. So at Crystal Cabin that means photo time! We decided to take advantage of this fantastic weather and spent some time outside photographing our incoming selection of books on crystals, healing, and spirituality.
We hope you enjoy our selection!
Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants
One of the books I'm looking really forward to reading is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. Many customers rave about this book and recommend it. The author is an Indigenous scientist from the Potawatomi Nation and in this book she examines what it means to use Indigenous wisdom and science to understand nature.
We also have a new selection of books about crystals and healing. Check out these classics and some new titles.

I've been always drawn to poetry. When words and ideas are woven together to make meaning it makes my mind think about concepts in new ways. Rumi is a well known poet, and his books are a great place to start if you're drawn to poetry, philosophy, and lessens about life. I've also heard many good things about Rupi Kaur who is a young Canadian poet. Her book Milk & Honey is a best seller.
