Crystal Cabin will issue a refund if we are notified within 5 days of the customer receiving the product. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling on any returns in this case and Crystal Cabin is required to have received the returned item before the refund can be issued. We recommend that tracking numbers are included in these packages. Returned items must not have been worn or used and must be exactly as it was when we sent it. Additionally, Crystal Cabin is not responsible for any charges incurred in shipping or customs on returned items. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Crystal Cabin will exchange or repair damaged items within 90 days from the date of purchase. If the damage occurs outside of this period, or the items is worn or used, we cannot accept the item for return and cannot give an exchange. All sales are otherwise final and Crystal Cabin does not offer refunds.
