I am Rhea Bell, I'm a self-taught Haida artist and designer based out of Tlell; Haida Gwaii, Canada. I was raised in Gaw, the village of Old Massett. My Haida name means Flowing River and I am apart of the Yahgulaanas Iits-aaw Clan (Raven). My art education started at Red Deer College, in the Visual Arts Program. I continued my Bachelors of Fine Art at Emily Carr University, Vancouver and graduated in 2016. I work using such mediums as oil paint, acrylic paint, digital drawing, etching, and photography.
