You will receive your tracking number by email. Please check your junk mail folder in case it ended up there.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do ship to PO boxes. Please ensure that you have entered the correct address as your shipping address when checking out or in your PayPal account. Crystal Cabin Gallery will not be help responsible for shipping orders to any incorrect shipping addresses provided.
Please note Crystal Cabin Gallery is located on the islands of Haida Gwaii in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. Due to the nature of being located on a northern island, some shipments may experience unexpected delays due to ferry or plane cancellations. We are not able to provide shipping refunds for these delays.
Customs & Duties
Crystal Cabin Gallery is not held responsible for any customs or duties charged by border agencies. Paying these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To receive a refund or exchange for an item purchased online, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling, and custom charges incurred on any returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returned or exchanged items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in their original packaging. Crystal Cabin Gallery is required to have received the returned or exchanged item before the refund can be issued. We recommend that you provide us with the tracking numbers for returned packages.
In Store Purchases
All items purchased in-store are final sale. Crystal Cabin Gallery does not offer refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases.
We are not able to refund or exchange custom made items.
